Terms & Conditions

§1. General Provisions
  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the provision of catering services at Bar Przystań SJ, NIP: 5850010080, Aleja Wojska Polskiego 11, 81-769 Sopot.

  2. The premises shall be understood as the indoor area comprising two dining rooms and designated outdoor areas, in particular the garden area, the rooftop terrace and the outdoor tent.

  3. These Terms and Conditions apply throughout the entire premises.

  4. Every Guest of the premises is obliged to become familiar with these Terms and Conditions and to comply with them.

  5. Presence on the premises shall be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

§2. Order and Safety Rules
  1. The service staff, management and personnel have the right to refuse service to a person in the event of intoxication or being under the influence of narcotic substances, aggressive, vulgar or disorderly behaviour, failure to comply with the applicable rules and staff instructions, as well as in any situation that may pose a threat to the safety or comfort of other persons present on the premises.

  2. Refusal of service for the reasons indicated in section 1 may involve the necessity to leave the premises at the request of the staff.

  3. We do not sell alcohol to persons under 18 years of age or to intoxicated persons.

  4. In order to verify age, staff may ask for an identity document to be presented and, if it is not presented, may refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages.

  5. Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is permitted only in specially marked and designated areas.

  6. For reasons of hygiene, safety and the comfort of all Guests, we kindly ask Guests to enter the premises wearing clothing covering the upper body and footwear.

§3. Rules for Using the Premises
  1. The premises operate on a self-service basis.

  2. Seating is arranged by Guests themselves. It is recommended to take a table before placing an order.

  3. In periods of high occupancy, the availability of seating may be limited, which may make consumption at a table impossible.

§4. Orders, Complaints and Liability
  1. On the premises, only food and beverages purchased at the venue may be consumed, unless the manager or owner decides otherwise.

  2. The Guest should check the completeness of the order upon collection. Any discrepancies should be reported to the staff immediately after they are identified.

  3. In the event of reservations regarding the quality of food or beverages, the Guest should report them to the staff immediately after noticing them, which will enable the staff to react promptly.

  4. Complaints concerning the characteristics of food and beverages that can be identified during consumption, in particular improper quality, freshness, temperature or missing portions, should be reported at the beginning of consumption, before finishing the dish or beverage. Such complaints may
    concern all dishes and beverages served.

  5. The provisions of sections 2-4 are intended to enable the staff to verify the report without delay and do not exclude or limit the Guest's rights arising from the applicable provisions of law.

  6. Parents or guardians are responsible for children staying on the premises.

  7. Dogs are allowed on the premises only on condition that the animal remains on a leash, is under the constant control of its owner and does not disturb the comfort of other Guests.

  8. Lost property found on the premises shall be stored for 3 days from the date on which it is found. After that period, uncollected items may be disposed of.

  9. The current list of allergens is available from the staff. Guests should familiarise themselves with it before placing an order and inform the staff about any allergies or food intolerances.

§5. Reservations
  1. Reservations may only be made by phone at +48 509 695 655 or by email at: bar@barprzystan.pl.

  2. Reservations are accepted for groups of at least 10 persons.

  3. Reservations are accepted only from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

  4. Reservations are not accepted during the high season.

  5. Information on date availability and whether reservations are currently possible is provided by phone or email.

§6. Monitoring and Personal Data
  1. Monitoring is used on the premises in order to ensure the safety of Guests.

  2. Access to monitoring recordings is granted exclusively to the administrator, i.e. Bar Przystań SJ, and persons authorised by it in writing, to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes of monitoring.

  3. Monitoring recordings are stored for a period of 14 days from the date of recording, unless they constitute or may constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under the law.

  4. Recordings may be made available only to entities authorised under the law, in particular the Police or courts, or where the administrator has received credible information that they may constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under the law.

  5. The controller of the Guests' personal data is Bar Przystań SJ, with its registered office in Sopot at Al. Wojska Polskiego 11, 81-769 Sopot.

  6. Guests' personal data, including the data of persons making reservations, are processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection regulations.

  7. The Privacy Policy is available on the website www.barprzystan.pl.

§7. Final Provisions
  1. Bar Przystań SJ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Amendments to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon their publication on the premises and on the website.

  3. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available on the premises and on the website at www.barprzystan.pl.
